Mohja has, apart from the inevitable but small overhead, no employees. All Mohja's professionals are their own boss. You decide when and where you work, and also whether you work via Mohja.

Being a Mohja professional means that you are as convinced as we are of the need of independence. And, at the same time you're a team player. You share your knowledge with your co-workers as well as with your clients. You want your work to be more than just a way to make a living. Another new shiny car is not your kind of reward anymore, or never has been.

When we've found you an assignment that fits, we write a special 'Opting-in' contract for that specific assignment. This means that Mohja takes care of social security premiums and income-tax, making it possible for you to work through Mohja whenever you want.
